Using Insurance + FEES

SpringPsych Services, LLC is an in-network provider for Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO and Blue Choice in Illinois.

If you have a different insurance, services may be partially reimbursed by your health insurance company if you have an out of network benefit for mental healthcare. However, some insurance plans do not reimburse for all conditions and may limit services. I am happy to provide you with documentation (an itemized list of services received known as a ‘superbill’) that you may submit to your insurance company that indicates you have paid the fee in full. Any reimbursement from your insurance company will be sent to you.

The online and in person appointment fee is $200 for the initial psychological evaluation session and $180 per therapy session. SpringPsych Services, LLC requires that you keep a credit card stored in the client portal for billing your appointments. I reserve your appointment exclusively for you, thus cancellations or rescheduling requires a minimum of 24 hours advance notice. If you do not attend your appointment or cancel with less than 24 hours notice, you are responsible for the full appointment charge.

Privacy + Confidentiality

Maintaining confidentiality is one of my top priorities. Some of the clients I’ve worked with reported feeling relief and comfort as they are able to freely identify and express thoughts, feelings and beliefs they may not otherwise in their personal and professional lives. Confidentiality is the cornerstone of a safe therapeutic space, and I am committed to keeping what is discussed in therapy in confidence.

The privacy of communication between a client and a psychologist is protected by law, and I can only release information with your written permission. However there are exceptions to confidentiality when disclosure is required, or may be required by law, which are detailed in the HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices.
